LimeQR

Free Google review QR code generator

Paste your business's Google Place ID and get a code that opens the review form for that place. Customers scan it at the counter or on a receipt and write their review. The code is built in your browser.

Fill in the form and your code appears here.

A Google review code is static: it holds the Google link directly and works without LimeQR.

How to use it

  1. Open Google's official Place ID finder and search for your business name and address.
  2. Copy the Place ID shown for your place. It is a string such as ChIJ followed by letters and digits.
  3. Paste it above, download the code and test it with a phone before printing.

Questions

Where do I find my Place ID?

Use Google's official Place ID finder, linked in the steps above. Search for your business and copy the ID it shows.

What does the code contain?

A link of the form https://search.google.com/local/writereview?placeid=<your Place ID>. It is a Google link: it opens the review form for that place.

Does this QR code expire?

The code holds the link directly, so nothing of ours sits in between. It keeps working as long as Google keeps that link format and your Place ID is valid. Google can change or retire a Place ID, in which case you generate a new code.

Is this connected to my Google account?

No. The tool only builds a link from the Place ID you paste. It does not log in to Google or read your reviews.

Need to change the destination after printing?

LimeQR dynamic codes point to a short link you can edit. Change the destination after printing, paid once: $19.
